Functional, Picky Cat Doesn’t Mind it
Cat does not mind it. She was fine walking on it right away (and she is picky about her potty preferences). It catches the litter, and helps keep the floor clearer in comparison to a previous litter mat she used (she tends to jump out of the box, so litter used to get everywhere). It is hard to dump the litter without having to interact with mat more than preferred, but the capacity of the mat is good. The mat does not need to be emptied super frequently, and I would say it does its job as a litter mat.

Works pretty well.
I now have 4 of these mats. They work pretty well at capturing litter around the boxes, but they are not perfect. They are easy to hose off in the yard and let dry out of the sun. I put one on the patio in the sun to dry and it warped, so i dry them in the shade now.

It worked for me!
I bought the big one and smaller one to cover as much space as possible. I just received it today, so I can't confirm the durability. As for function, I think this is exactly what I was looking for. I can see how it'll trap all the pesky litter granules. I can see how dumping the collected litters will be easy job. I like the feel of stepping on it- we have the litter box on a short table, in a small hall way, so people can't avoid stepping litter box area. It's light and gym foam mat feel. Yes it came folded up for shipping. I've placed heavy books to flatten it out- it's working. Smell isn't bad at all. It smells like new yoga mat. It's been only couple of hours out the bag and the smell is lot less noticeable already. As the the price, it's bit pricey but everything is expensive these days. If it works as well as I think it will- it's worth it. I think it will last a long time. I don't understand why people might replace it every 3 months ( the manufacturer's note suggests this). I will update this review if I'm disappointed in any way.

UGH!
While the mat certainly is sturdy and easy to launder, I'm throwing in the towel.Pro's:Well constructed. I've had two for two years and have remained like-new.Easy to throw in washing machingDries quickly. It does trap SOME of the litter tracked out and is easy to empty.Con's:Although easily machine washable, the honeycomb construction makes it VERY difficult to clean out embedded poop. One can't just use a houshold cleaning scrub brush to get it out from the "combs", pretty much need to use a pipe cleaner brush while maintaining a spray of water to make sure it washes out. That gets gross!Overall, if your cats don't have a tendency to poop on the mat, it is a decent product. If you are like me and find yourself regularly trying to get poop out of the combs, you'd be better off with a boot drying tray and a piece of outdoor grass carpet or other type of mat.

Very Well Made
I purchased 2 of the 24x15 LeToo litter mats and have used them for about 1 year. They are perfect for my 2 cats, that track their dry litter around my house! I purchased a larger litter mat from a different manufacturer to use in front of their litter box - what a difference in quality!! The LeToo mats are much stronger and better made than the competitor. The larger mat was flimsy and the sides folded over when picked up, allowing all the trapped litter to fall out. I still use it but have to be extra careful when emptying it. I believe the LeToo litter mats to be a much better quality product and easier to empty when cleaning day rolls around.

Catches litter better than other mats
My cat was having some LUTD issues and was going in and out of the litter box a million times a day which made it so that he was tracking litter everywhere. i also added a litter box to every floor as per recommendations for environmental modifications when cats get these symptoms with no obvious underlying condition. I tried three different mats (one on each floor) and this one by far works the best in catching and trapping the litter and decreased the amount he tracked quite a bit especially compared to the petco ones i got. I think it also has to do with the type of littler, I use the oko cat littler (which i love) so its like very very small wood chips and not sand, so its larger size than some other litter out there. the other matts seem like they are probably geared for the small sand based litter, but this seems to work well with the large littler or if you use a crystal litter. Larger size i think would also work well (I have XL and King size littler boxes for him - again due to recommendations for FIC cats)
