Delicious
I love Massaman Curry, get it every time I go out for Thai. I wanted to try something quick that I could make at home so I gave these a try. Man was I surprised, delicious! Grab a few of these and stick them in the pantry. Add potatoes carrots and a chicken breast over rice and your day is made!

Restaurant quality sauce!
Same flavor (minus all the sugar) as the restaurant. I will be buying this item for many, many years to come (unless if they "change the recipe" randomly). Well worth it to buy this and chop up some veggies and chicken and throw them into a skillet (with a lid) with the sauce for 16 minutes.Since I reduced the sauce for 16-20 minutes, it was still a bit watery (but that works great with rice). The spicyness level is around a 1 to 0.75 out of 5. I suggest adding a few chilli flakes if you want more "heat". Although this type of curry is not supposed to be spicy.

It is a SAUCE
I thought I was purchasing a paste-it does say Sauce on the jar so I have no excuse...cornstarch or Wondra would tighten it up.Wife loved the flavor - I thought it lacked “Thai” depth nor warmth...needed salt and fish sauce in abundance....

Seal broken upon arrival- no replacement option.
One of the jars had a broken seal upon arrival and some of the curry had leaked out, making it unsuitable for consumption. Couldn’t find any way to request a replacement, get a partial refund, etc. so the jar just went in the trash. Very disappointing.Flavor of the usable jar was decent. Slightly spicier than what you’d get in a restaurant, but still good.

To sweet not spicy
Authentic is the last thing I would call this. Extremely sweet, not spicy at all and rather bland. Not to mention extremely expensive for the amount you get. Better off getting curry paste and creating your own sauce. Very disappointed😞.

Delicious!
Delicious and great authentic flavor. Just wish they weren’t so expensive. It’s also quite thin, I added peanut butter to my curry to thicken it a bit.

Meh
This is a very average curry. Very similar to the massaman you find in most of the generic small time Thai restaurants. Not a lot of flavor and very watery. I cooked up a jar last night and reduced it pretty significantly, added some Sriracha and it was pretty good. I got a dinner for 2 from a $10 jar. My first time purchasing any massaman curry so I couldn't tell you if there is better out there.
