It's like eyeshadow for your hair. And it's better than Color WOW for a fraction of the cost. The brush on this set is really nice, with two sides (one larger, one smaller). I appreciate the two brushes because some areas really need a wider brush. The formula is a bit creamy for a shadow, so use a light hand. The seller followed up to make sure it was delivered and received in good condition, which I appreciate given this is a product that may have arrived with damage from shipping. I appreciate the care they're taking with their customers, even for an inexpensive item.

This will never completely substitute for actually getting my hair colored, but it sure helps when I go too long between hair appointments. I have very dark brown hair and originally tried black (in a different brand) based on some reviews. Dark brown was a better choice. This covers the grays without drawing attention to itself. It washes out easily. If I directly touch my hair where this is applied, a little powder may come off on my hand, but it's not a big deal at all. No issues with it getting on my pillow, but I also don't rub that part of my hair directly on my pillow.

The color is good, the price, and the two sided brush is a plus, however, the formula is quite messy. It smudges more than other products and I seem to be seeing much more mess around my vanity and sink.I'm going back to my other brand now that my favorite shade is back in stock.

Good product! I have been using this for a few weeks, and I like it very much. It’s not messy and does not rub off. I don’t know yet if it sweats off, but time will tell on that. Definitely worth the cost. I did find the brush fairly useless for my hair, though. I use a big velour powder puff to apply it, and it works very well for me. Instead of doing my roots every 2 weeks I can push it out to every 3 weeks. I think it will come in very handy when I let my gray grow out.

The mirror and powder were broken on arrival. While I thought it’s made in UK, it’s actually made in PRC so I am a bit disappointed. The powder did cover my greys easily but the brush always made a mess inside the box by the broken powder.

So I needed a root cover-up for those few days before I go in for a color. I asked around and was told of a product that was over $30 and I really wasn't up for spending that much. After looking around and reading reviews of different root cover up products on Amazon, I decided I could deal with the $12 price. I am sooo glad I did! Works great! I style my hair in the morning and just brush on a little here and there over my grey. Stays the whole day too! For the price it is definitely worth giving it a try.

It covered gray roots well. I used it while waiting for my next color appointment.
