Excellence in Cross-Examination Hardcover – August 23, 2017

This should be studied and discussed in any law course, especially the first 3 chapters. There is a technique for cross examination that a very few legal people demonstrate.

Disappointing. One war story after another. way too expensive for what you get. much more instructive is Ervin Youngers Cross examination series...40 year veteran trial attorney speaking. I'm inspired to write my own, much shorter & to the point book on the subject.

My husband said this book is excellent. And provides much information and insight into the process.
