This should be studied and discussed in any law course, especially the first 3 chapters. There is a technique for cross examination that a very few legal people demonstrate.

Disappointing. One war story after another. way too expensive for what you get. much more instructive is Ervin Youngers Cross examination series...40 year veteran trial attorney speaking. I'm inspired to write my own, much shorter & to the point book on the subject.

Five Stars
My husband said this book is excellent. And provides much information and insight into the process.

Cross-examination examined brilliantly
A killer handbook on cross-examination by arguably "the best and the brightest" in the industry: Bailey and Fishman. Written with the depth of authority that only those two can bring to the table and with crystal-clear lucidity and gripping style. A must-read not only for ANY trial lawyer aspiring to bump up his or her game, but for law students wondering what's it all about and anyone about to face formidable cross-examination themselves.
