Tough to wire in the top, but figured out after I used a 90 degree Philips head you can push it in to expose the screw . Would've saved a lot of time if they printed that on the box ! A little hard to get the back cover on once the power cable is attached, tight fit. No issues with it so far.

I used this as a replacement plug for my RV power cord. Things are a bit cozy inside the connector but it is well built. You'll need crimp on lugs for #10 wire and #8 screws for this to work properly. The rubber piece that goes over the cord fits very tight so I cut it into sections and it works fine that way.

Worked great although a little large to fit in our trailer power cord slot (but still works)

As I have already said this plug is great for rvs that have burnt plugs this is the best replacement for your rv. I am a campground electrician and I stock this at the campground that I work for.

terminals inside where wires are to be connected don't seem heavy enough for 30A.....they are like a 15A light switch connectionwould like to have seen holes for the wires to go through, with allen set screws, or even just screws to "clamp" on wires. (in the hole) you will needor should have to add terminals to the end of your cable for a better connection.....I cant believe they would just want rookies to "wrap"a 30A circuit around those screws and tighten........bad idea!! JMHO though

I'm very happy with this purchase. The item is as described and well made. It serves the purpose perfectly.
