DG Performance071-4205 V2 Slip-On Muffler

I installed the DG exhaust. I liked it fine. But maybe a bit loud for normal use. I installed a K&N filter element, E3 spark plug. The motorcycle was snappier and the 0-60 improved. I did not install the jet kit yet. I checked gas mileage after the install and 76mpg which was slightly better than before and more power. It was a bit loud so I checked into the Quiet core inserts. It was difficult to figure out by the pictures what to get. The dealer told me this was the quietest one. This is what I got and it has a nice rumble and fairly quiet. If I want to be loud one bolt and I can raise hell with slightly more power without the insert. Hope this helped everybody figure out what you want.

I bought this for my 2019 yamaha tw200. It fit perfectly, looks awesome and sounds awesome. I did rejet my carburetor and i live at roughly 2000ft above sea level. I used the jet kit from procycle and used the #125 main jet and one shim on the needle. It runs much better now and sounds awesome. It used to be hard to hear my motor when riding with louder bikes. Now i can hear my bike and it runs way better.

Installation was a 5 minute job, fit the TW200 perfectly. Love the sound, but be warned, it’s loud. Recommend a good set of ear plugs.

This was a direct replacement for my factory muffler on my 2021 T-Dub. Installation takes about 20 minutes. The kit comes with a spacer which I did not install. Sounds really good- although some might think it’s a little to loud- that’s what I wanted and not bothered by it.

I was able to put this cam on in 20 minutes. It even allowed me to use the OEM heat guard thanks to the beautifully weld nuts that are on it. My trail way sounds like a 450 motocross bike now! The performance boost is extremely noticeable without carburetor adjustment. After carb adjustment it is so smooth and just a whole different bike. Highly recommend!
