Magnador Mag I Two-Way Pet Door- White 11x13

I ordered this pet door as a replacement for the one I had for years. The old one was so old that the metal parts had rusted, causing pieces of plastic to start chipping off. Not surprising after enduring Florida heat and exposure to humid air for all that time. This one slipped perfectly into the spot where the old one was, and I am very happy with it. Unlike the rubber flap style dog doors, this one doesn't seem to get mildew-covered and blackened and looks so much better.

The door worked out very well for our dogs. It was easy to install. The dogs had no problen using it.

Installed in the garage door. My two medium size dogs and our two larger cats use the door. Works very well. Previous door cracked. Door was locked and I am assuming the dog pushed it and cracked it.. I do not lock the door now unless the dogs are staying inside.

It only had one side. Nothing to fit on other side of door. If installed wiuld have looked terrible.

Make it cheaper, the new American standard. This is the third door in 13 years. Third Magnador. This ones magnet is so cheap it won't stay closed. Slightest breeze blows it open. Oh, but you can buy a better magnet set. Why can't it come with the better magnet? What are you saving by putting a lighter magnet in it, 10 cents?

Overpriced. This used to be a $19.95 item. Nearly double now. When you open it, you can see it doesn't cost that much to manufacture. Its plastic for chris sake with a little magnet. The function, fit and use is fine. No complaints there.

I purchased this with PetSafe Telescoping Aluminum Wall Entry Pet Door, MediumI have a pocket door between my kitchen and the laundry room which leads outside. This works well.I wasn't sure if the door would work inside a pocket because of the "extra" room needed for the "edge." We put the tapered edge, you can see it around the flap in the picture if you look hard, in through the pocket door. Excellent choice. It also stabilized the door as pocket doors are hollow. we only needed to add thin 1/2" boards inside the hole cut for this Magnador 2 - way PetDoor.I have two small poodle mix breads but bought the medium size anyway. I'm glad. This door is a little intimidating for one of my pooches, as she gets spooked easily. she's good with it, but it did take more coaxing then the PetSafe wall door to get her through it. On a funny note they can both get through it at the same time when they are in competition mode.good inexpensive choice for inside.I would NOT put this in an outside door. I wouldn't trust it and the way to keep the door secure is not all that secure. A pooch could bust through it if they wanted through bad enough. Even a small pooch.

Great product. The doors hold up well depending on the number of dogs. Our dog house has about a dozen standard wirehair dachshunds 25 - 35 pounds. The dogs give the door a real workout. I usually replace the door every third summer.Great Product, easy installation.Delaware, Ohio
