I've recently had some elbow pain while lifting weights. I buddy of mine recommended me taking this type of supplement. He had recommended a different brand that was $36 a bottle. I took it for several months and did feel some improvement. I decided to try a couple different brands to see if there was one that worked better of just as well but at a better price. I feel just as good or better on this brand so i've made the switch over to this one.

I am nearly bone on bone in my shoulders and I believe this has helped more than anything else I have tried.
