The quality of the product and design is very good.
I think the grinder works very well and is well made. It works as described. It does take more cranking than I thought, but that might be my personal situation. I had hand surgery 3 1/2 months ago and I have difficulty cranking it for a long time. I will be using it more in the future, but not now. The quality of the product and design is very good.

Broken after 7 months!
I liked it but it lasted only 7 months. The burr is held in and turned by a plastic piece. The piece worn out. Other parts are still in good condition but have to be thrown into trash bin if I cannot find a new one - maybe I need to use a 3D printer to make a replacement :(. Btw, I also find that other customers who bought similiar products selling on Amazon by different manufactures mentioned the same issue. It is really a stupid design!! I think it would be good if Rednax Homewares can provide a new piece to replace the broken part for customers who encountered this kind of problem.

Efficient but slow go
Grinds coffee very efficiently just a slow go is the only reason for 4 stars... I guess I'm too used to electric products which isn't good if the lights go out in all electric home. The grinder is made very well which is a plus.

Provides Uniform Grind
This coffee grinder does a perfect job at grinding your coffee beans to a precise grind; a grind that you determine. Repeatable results every time. I love that feature and its simplicity of design which makes cleaning very simple to do.

A good deal
Works very well. I don't mind manually grinding my coffee in the morning. Better flavor due to not overheating the beans while grinding.

User friendly
Well made, ergonomic, and was adjustable to the specific grind I wanted for my cafe filter press. Am thinking of getting a 2nd one for spice grinding.

Works very well but does take longer than I thought ...
Works very well but does take longer than I thought to grind my espresso also irritates my arthritis so I'm going to get a electric one

I loved the grinder until the day it broke
I loved the grinder until the day it broke. Mine lasted ~14 months and then a part cracked. This isn't a durable product. I'll try another brand next time.
