So Fishy, So good.
I like to have a good Sardine every once in awhile. They're not like when I was young, they were very small then and completely filled the can. These seem quite large, only 3 or so little fishes. Yum

Great tasting boneless and skinless sardines.
These sardines make a great tasting and nutritious snack or light meal alone or together with veggies of choice. Best sardines I have ever eaten.!

If you thought you didn’t like sardines…
You def should try these. These are so tasty and packed with protein and Omega 3s and so few calories. I often have a tin of the fillets for lunch with a boiled egg and half an avocado. That’s about a 300-400 calorie lunch that is inexpensive, easy, nutritious and keeps you full for hours.

That the description be accurate.. If it says boneless, skinless, it SHOULD be..
The Mackerel are very clean. Deboned, Deskinned. Blood line out.. Amazon was out of the Mackerel, so I ordered these.. 100% the opposite, Boneless - not quite, Skinless - Not quite.. I order Boneless, skinless cause all that stuff doesn't sit right with me..
