I bought this salt the first time when I was on vacation in Hawaii and I used it sparingly to make it last longer. Doh! Then I looked here and found a big bag of it so I can use it all the time. It’s very good and I really like the course grind.

I know it sounds strange but there is a difference in the quality of salts. Yes it is primarily NaCl but some salts are better because they are not ultra purified.....
