I have been using the Fast shampoo and conditioner for 2 months now. Even at first use there was a noticeable difference in the strength of my hair. I will say that since I knew that both products contained Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein which can make hair hard or rough to the touch, I knew to incorporate an additional conditioner. So after washing and conditioning with Fast, I also condition with organic coconut oil, sweet almond oil and sometimes organic Shea Butter for an additional 15 minutes with a heat cap. I couldn't be more pleased with the growth and condition of my hair.
