A fantastic collection to remember your truth. I did this 21 Day Meditation when it was offered for free along with several others that were offered by Deepak and Oprah. I recently found myself going through some health challenges and bought this collection to help me better cope and to stay in a positive healing mindset. Oprah's voice is so familiar and her words are friendly and empowering. Deepak's voice is so relaxing and he shares simple, yet profound truths that help one to remember their innate power to heal and transcend body, mind and spirit, and to be present, positive and happy during the process. I use mantra in my personal practice so I love that these 21 Day Challenges incorporate mantras for the meditation. The music is also beautiful and relaxing. As someone who teaches and produces healing meditations, I believe this collection is supportive for both the beginner and for the intermediate and advanced practitioner. Worth the price! Truly inspiring and helpful.

The disks were OK, but the case holding them in place was destroyed.

I am on Day 14 so far and I am really enjoying it so far. Each day starts with an introduction by Oprah, followed by a short explanation by Deepak, then a mantra based meditation. The background music is pleasant and relaxing and not at all distracting. I recommend it highly!

This is a great bunch of CDs. It's informative and so helpful. It's always good to be reminded to be grateful for what we have. It's so good that this was a present for a friend....

I liked this CD. It's great for centering and getting your thoughts on things that matter

Unfortunately it arrived broken so I had to return it by post- shame, what Inhave heard is very good.
