How to use ClickHeat 1- Boil water in a pot. 2- Place a cloth on bottom of pot. 3- Place the pack on cloth inside the pot, continue boiling water until all crystals are dissolved and only liquid remains. 4- Remove pack (with tongs) from the boiling water and hold it up against a light. 5- Make sure no crystals remain. 6- Take the liquid pack and place it on a cloth to cool down. 7- When the pack cools down, it is ready to be used again. 8- If crystals begin to form while the pack is cooling, it must be boiled again until crystals fully disappear.

Convenient
I saw these at a home show. They were presented as staying hot for 2 hours or more. They are convenient and work well for about 20 minutes. I love that they are reusable but am disappointed that they don't stay hot longer than 20 .

Scam
I bought at a fair and should have known better. They so took me to the cleaners charging me triple what others were selling it for and I fell for it. They are cheap knockoffs. Beware of their crafty sales methods. A bunch of young men from overseas telling me it's the last day of the fair and they'll give me a deal. I'm so mad at myself for wasting my money. I bought the ones for your feet which don't stay on your feet in any way, the lower back and the shoulders for so much money I'm embarrassed to say. I'm too trusting. I'm sure these boys thought they were so clever then turned around at laughed at such a gullible American. Wish the world was better than this.

Crap
Bought a 3 pack plus 1 extra to keep hands warm in the snow. After 2 months, I have one left. These things leak so easily. It's a damn shame.

Rip Off
I have purchased 4 of these and they all have leaked after 3 uses. Complete scam. I closely followed the instructions.These are not manufactured to hold up. Amazon should stop selling a product that is so poorly manufactured.

The worst
These are just bad , do not buy. Last about 10 mins top and takes more time to boil back down . Better to just get hot hands
