Highly recommend this kit. Works well!
Worked perfect for my whirlpool fridge with icemaker. Came with all the adaptors and fittings I needed with plenty of hose. No leaks so far, well built kit. Great value for the money. Easy to install, only needed a wrench and a drill to run through existing cabinets.

Works exactly how it’s described.
Exactly as described and just what I needed to install my ice maker in a new fridge that didn’t have it. Fridge is in the garage just behind my laundry room and this kit was the easiest way to get water to it.

Very lengthy and durable
We needed a long hose to reach from the sink.. around the counter, behind the stove, another counter and finally the fridge.. its been in 3 days and we now have ice again.. works as intended and long.. can be shortened (cut if needed)

Good product
Easy to install. No leaks once you use plumbers tape. Just a thin layer will do. 4 stars for now. Let's see how it holds up over time

Easy and quick to set up
I never leave reviews. But I have to. I was freaking out thinking I didn't have a water line for my new refrigerator. My washer hook up is right below where my fridge is. It was the easiest hook up possible. Ran the line up thru the ceiling into my kitchen. Connected the adapter to the washer water pipe. Easy peasy. Seriously

Worked on our new LG refrigerator and stopped the bad taste.
The installers used a braided hose to hook up the new refrigerator and after a week the water and ice still had a plastic taste, so I'm guessing the insides were not pex. Honestly if I'd paid closer attention and realized these were compression fittings I wouldn't have ordered this one, but it works perfectly. My wife installed it first and it leaked, she didn't have enough hand strength to fully seat the pex line into the fitting. Once I squeezed back there and pushed the line in all the way it doesn't leak and the water and ice taste clean. I'm not a fan of plastic compression fittings and we'll keep a close watch for leaks but it works perfectly and solved our problem.

A little pricey but exactly what I needed!
We recently moved in with relatives and put our nice fridge in the laundry room. We wanted the ice and water functions to work, so I was pleased when I found this kit that would allow me to split off the cold water line from the washer. The installation was super fast and intuitive. The connectors push together and don't leak at all. The price was a little high, but it's nice that everything you need is in one kit, and the project is finished in minutes with minimal fuss or waste.

Durable, easy to install
The kit was very easy to install. The valve in this kit actually connects to both 1/2” and 3/8” fittings.Drilling may be required if there’s cabinets in between the water source and the appliance. I drilled holes through my cabinets and ran the tubing through to the water valve.Unfortunately, the kit doesn’t include teflon tape. It claims that it isn’t required but that’s risky. I recommend ordering some if you don’t have any already. It should be tightly wrapped around any ridges (on the new valve and the source connections) before installation. It’ll ensure no liquid can leak through the ridges. The tubing is thick and durable. It seems like it will hold up for a while. The length of the tubing was definitely longer than I required, but the excess was easily wound up and tucked behind the fridge.I’ve had no leaks and the ice tastes perfectly fine.
