I definitely like how they help provide me with tons of energy through out my day . typically i'll take one of these a day because I dont really need two . One is plenty enough to give me the energy that I need. I've really enjoyed taking these and I plan on continuing use as well. These are great for weight loss support and aid as well. as these are actually a natural antioxidant and also these aid in metabolism and vitality! For me these have been awesome and again, they've given plenty of energy. My mother tried these as well and she has ordered some for herself.I"ve lost a small amount of weight in the time i've been taking these which has not been really long but it's been enough to know that these capsules do my body a whole lot of greatness. I usually drink a glass of water when i take these helps them digest. Not often is it that my stomach handles any kind of supplements due to me having IBS. But these are CERT. ORGANIC and all natural so that explains why they are so easy on my digestive system. I really think these are a great way to put healthy in to the body. I have also been feeling more up to doing things since taking these every morning. The first day It did clean me out so to speak, as I took two on that day and like the bottle says it's definitely a natural antioxidant so that may be something to just consider when trying these out , though it's not a bad thing it's a great thing for the body when a natural organic supplement/powder provides a little cleansing I Know some people just are not up to it but for me even with that these are awesome. and these are so healthy for the body as well, even aids in hair skin and nail production/growth as well. I think one of my favorite things about these capsules is that they are actually cert. usda organic! which gives me a lot more confidence in this as well. I love this product! I noticed it helped my skin. I stopped having breakouts when I started drinking this. And when I stopped I started breaking out again. I Will purchase this again.

Good stuff

Not happy as this product is advertised as Organic with the seal and once I received the item, there is no organic label on the bottle. False Advertising for sure!
