Excellent, foam nose piece
Excellent value for money. Underneath the metal nose band you have a fine foam which seals the mask perfectly. Great seal even with facial hair. One mask lasted an hour with very heavy use - pulling down 90 year old ceilings. After an hour it was clogged up and it became difficult to breathe in.

Great Value - Excellent Quality
An excellent disposable mask that belies the price point compared to high end brand makes whilst being just as good and effective.Well made, comfortable in use with nice strong elastic straps and good adjustment over the nose with metal strip and foam internal pad. You can set these for your particular face shape ensuring a good seal and of therefore a safer one.In use they last a sensible amount of time and the vent works perfectly. And, one more thing I really like. I bought a box of 3M masks a while back and of course they were very good. But, they came in one box and all in one bag. This meant that it was harder to make sure they all stayed uncontaminated. These masks are all individually bagged which to my mind is a real plus because you can guarantee unused masks are perfectly clean prior to use. No point in putting on a mask if its been sat in your workshop or a dusty environment and the insides are coated with particles.Overall an excellent value mask with good plus points.

Pretty good for short jobs
Pretty good masks and worth getting if you are doing small jobs off and on and don't want to pay a little bit more for replaceable filter masks. If doing anything more or on a daily basis then I would recommend getting a JSP replaceable filter mask. The JSP ones are much more comfortable having a moulded rubber nose and mouth covering, and the straps are far superior.Like other reviewers I've had the odd Silverline FFP3 mask where the straps have come off where attached straight away as they're only stapled on. These are lighter weight than wearing the JSP mask and can be cooler to wear in very hot conditions.I do find after wearing these a long time that my face really hurts. I do far prefer this design to the fold flat masks as these don't feel as big or tight fitting if you move your face whilst working. As far as protection is concerned, these masks do their job well and have far cut down the amount of dirt and dust breathed in by mouth and nose. I tend to only use 1 mask a day as the outside can get covered in dust being that it is made from a soft fabric material. I've had similar masks that aren't as good with poorer straps and a thinner mask material when I couldn't get hold of these. The top of the nose of these masks have a metal strip that can be pinched to fit the user to their own preference and a foam strip adds some comfort and fills any gap - this works well. The straps are thin and allow a fair amount of stretch but are likely to break when putting off and taking off several times. They are fairly comfortable. I find in order to get the best fit the top strap needs to be placed at the top of my head, with the lower strap at the base of my head or vice-versa so they are overlapped.Overall these are a good value budget mask that helps provide protection from dust and they work pretty well.

Good value FFP3 rated so possibly okay to use for occasional welding fumes, by HSE guidelines
I found out from work that at the start of 2019 the HSE changed it's guidance relating to welding after the IARC classified welding fumes as group 1 carcinogens. Even if you only weld a little it seems very sensible to take some precautions, if you read the HSE guidance they say that disposable masks marked FFP3 are sufficient to provide protection for occasional welding and these masks are rated FFP3 NR which seems to fit the bill nicely for me.

Everything off Amazon prime lately... is absolute tosh
Out of the box just 2 were ok. Box of duds it seems to me folks. Straps broke off 2 soon as i tried put on, nose strips mostly not straight so either need to remove but wont properly stick so doesnt then fit or leave wonky if you can contort your face to fit

Comfort at last!!!
What an excellent buy thes really are. I always find these masks uncomfortable around the nose and I can't abide those that you wear by looping over your ear!!!These are the most comfortable masks I've found to date and believe me I've tried a lot!!! Good masks excellent value it's 5 stars

Waste of money
I have never written a review before as I am not one to complain (usually). I buy facemasks regularly for by business and thought I would try these.....NOT AGAIN!!!!!! two of my staff with in 5mins had broken straps rendering them useless as they become inadequate for any protection. I will be buying a better brand from now on.

Keep the dust away
I've re-used these masks during my sanding work - fine sanding of freshly plastered walls, and they've come in handy for other jobs too. The only thing I found annoying about this mask was that my face seemed to be sensitive in the areas the mask had touched. This wasn't a big deal but was just annoying to keep on the face. Masks aren't meant to be comfortable so not sure what else to expect. The important thing is it kept the dust away from my nose and most of my face. If they did masks for sensitive skin, I'd be more inclined to buy those.

Good product. Kept me from inhaling a lot of dust when knocking down a wall! Fits snug to the face/nose thanks to a bendable metal strip. Would advise using them for too long in one go though, I did feel a little like I wasn't getting enough air, but for short usage, a good product.

Poorly glued or heat sealed tape.
I have used only two of these, and of the two there are major defects, the first one the tape that goes behind ones head broke and I had to staple it back together, the second was slack and I had to tie one of the tapes at the back to tighten it. Other than that the masks appear quite well made and are strong, however the taping coming apart lets them down.

FFP3 NR face masks.
Good product. Nice to be able to use a mask that doesn't steam up my glasses. I suppose it's the valve that makes the difference. Comfortable as face masks go. I have used for safe removal of some asbestos guttering. Good value as there are ten in a pack. Looking forward to using when undertaking my next decorating project.

Reasonable masks, if the strap stays attached.
The masks themselves are ok, however the straps are barely attached.Half of the straps came off when putting them on, rendering the masks useless. On the few masks I was able to use, they are very good and provide a great seal. However, I would highly recommend NOT purchasing these, because of the issue with the strap.

Avoid
Not very good unless you have a chubby face ... It does not seal properly and unlike other ffp3 masks it does not have a layer to seal properly around the face, I'd avoid and go with anything from Toolstation or Screwfix...

bought to humour the safety parasites and comply with a face-fit test, these mask failed.I will use them though because the safety creature suggested we needed the most expensive mask he had and these are of a resonable cost.

Good value and minimal fogging of glasses
These work well, and better than the cheapo ones, which always make your glasses fog up. Not entirely resistant to fogging in a cold garage but almost
