Works great, thread securely attached to the holder
There is a little notch that the thread is in to make sure it doesn't unravel in shipping. If you are teaching someone to sew, you might need to show them how to get out the thread. Overall, works exactly like I expected. The eyes of the needles are pretty small, but they work fine for the thread.

ONly Good for quick fixes
The quality of the thread string is fuzzy. It is good for patch fixes but I would not recommend it for anything long term or large projects.

Not happy
I will be returning the item. The spools are tiny. The picture is deceiving. The quality may be great, I do not know because I have not opened the plastic cover. I wanted regular size spools.

Not worth the price.
Never again will I purchase a product without the dimensions being mentioned. The spools are smaller than my thumb. I thought I bought it from a dollar store when I saw the package. The needle threader broke after the second time I used it. I did like that it came with a plastic storage bag but that is about it.
