LOVE MY DRILL.
I am a small woman that does all her own repairs and handy-woman work. The batteries last a really long time and do not lose their charge when not in use. Love WORX. They are fantastic.

Good household drill
Light duty drill driver that’s light weight and feels good in your hand. The quality of this drill exceeds the price. The variable speed and clutch work well. I did not keep this drill because of one flaw that made me decide on another drill, that is the led gets shadowed by the drill chuck. The first and only project I attempted was mounting a black peg board to my garage wall. Seeing the mounting hole was impossible because of the shadow created. I replaced my old Dewalt with a new drill because the old nick/cad battery needed to be replaced and it didn’t have a light. I already had a battery and charger from another Worx tool so I puchased the bare drill. If the light isn’t that important to you then this drill is a good deal.

Super customer service
Bought this not long ago. The first unit sent was a straight drill driver and I wanted the dual chuck driver. Contacted Worx--they are super about helping you. They sent the unit I wanted and a label for returning the one I didn't . While this one doesn't have the oomph a Dewalt might have, it does have the two chucks and that makes working with wood a lot faster. You use one chuck for the drill bit and the other for the driving the screw.I also have Worx 20v blower and Worx 20v trimmer. All use the same charger for the two or three batteries I have. I love them.

WORKS WELL
STURDY AND DEPENDABLE SO FAR, I'M A FAN OF WORX PRODUCTS, I HAVE THE BLOWER, HEDGE TRIMMER AND GRASS TRIMMER, ALL WORK GREAT SO FAR, THE BLOWER GOES THROUGH THE BATTERY IN ABOUT 5 MINUTES WHEN IT'S ON HIGH, WORKS LONGER ON LOW SETTING

Too bad because I really liked it.
Threw it away after the chuck came loose and could not get it reconnected to the drill. The chuck actually came completely apart from the drill. Too bad because I really liked this lite weight drill. I was surprised as I only used it for small projects and was not subjected to any abuse.

Worx great and with batteries I already had.
Powerful and works with my other Worx tools and batteries. Perfect for me. I like this drill enough to buy the version with the battery even if I didn't already have other Worx tools.
