I make my own 'instant' soup with this mix,plus bouillon and beans. Makes it very simple to have hearty, tasty and healthy soup at the last minute.

I don't write reviews often, but this vegetable pack is really one worth mentioning for those that just want plain good old veggies.If you're like me and have tried a wide variety of dehydrated vegetables then you know it's extremely difficult to find any that don't have a mass amount of overpowering herbs/parsley that make everything you put your veggie mix in taste exactly the same. Not to mention the green "sludge" of herb flakes caking the surface of your soups.This pack has a nice selection of vegetables and that's where it ends! Getting your veggie fix in while allowing your dishes to taste exactly like they should!

Tastes very good, but MAN, you guys load on the herbs. -1⭐️ for the inch of parsley in the bottom of the bag.

I use this as add-ins for soup and for a cup of broth with Better than Bouillon.

I use this for a soup base. It's a great mix of vegetables and reasonably priced. I would buy it again.

Have made jars of soup and put on the shelf. All I need to do is add meat.

When you need a little extra this is perfect.Sometimes I eat Ramen noodles and I will add a little bit of these dried vegetables and it makes a good meal, also makes it a little more healthier. Will buy again.

The pieces were too small to make a hearty beef stew and left a mush in the pot that had a funny after taste. I didn't finish it. I put the rest in the trash.
