It's a very costly Chinese product. Looking at the build, doesn't look like worth more than Rs200.On the usability front, used it today for crunches and left raise. Suction came out one out of three times usage.Will use of few more days before deciding if I want to return it.Looks like most are paid reviews as most of 5 star reviews are on the same date.

Looks - 4/5 nothing too fancyBuilt quality - standard and good for home use -3/5Durability - yet to measure but it’s suction jack screws already started loosening - 1/5 otherwise no other issuesSuction power ( important)- can’t do one complete rep of 15-20 for abs. Need refining.Home Tip I used to add to suction power: - moist the surface where the equipment is being put on. My initial experience says it didn’t come out for my entire abs and core workout unless I take it out. Remember removal from that moist surface is little hard but it’s ok. Move sideways on floor and it will come out.Price: too costly in terms of above parameters. But cost doesn’t matter quality matters here which is very average.

Very very useful nice quality love it.So first u have to put more ur body weight on this then with another hand u have to bend the little clip which is over there then this will tightly sucked and ready to use

The product is very useful and amazing. It is easy to use and can do exercises anywhere in home. Quality was nice and I really liked it. The grip was good and product was nice. It helps in reducing my belly fat. Best equipment for home and for full crunches. Worth it.

Its a bad product so returned it..suction power is bad!!..doesnt hold up at all..not able to do crunches as shown in product pic cz it comes off the floor...though I weigh only 54 kgs...waste of money
