This is the only countersink I have and for my propose in my little woodshop it works great. I like that it has a hex shaft and impact ready. For the price its great, but the hole it leaves can be a little rough, but if you want super clean finish quality there are other more expensive options, but for me using it in unseen places its very nice.

Convenient but poor steel won't hold an edge
Convenient if you use a small cordless screwdriver for nearly everthing. However, the countersink is dull after just a few uses. Apparently very poor steel. Ryobi makes similar hex drive countersinks that are actually made of high-speed steel and will hold an edge (search Amazon for Ryobi A10CS72).

They don't get much better than these. HSS and a dual purpose shank. Great price and shipping. I have them all.
