Gift Box arrived damaged
Wish it were packaged better for delivery. A damaged gift box is not acceptable for Father’s Day! Although box was damaged, the cup looks nice & seems to work great.

This cup is above and beyond what I expected. I’ve bought travel mugs before and on the pictures they look great but once you get them are just so-so. That is far from what happened with this one. The pictures do it absolutely no justice! Highly recommend.

Top already broke
Super nice cup, but the plastic top already broke. I’m not sure what that part is called that slides back-and-forth where you can drink, or close it back up but when you turn the top upside down it falls right out there’s nothing holding it in. And have only washed it three times handwashing! Very disappointed. Hopefully there is a way I can get another lid for this.
