Fit is good/snug and my drill fired right up after putting these batteries on the charger. Not sure how long they'll last, but a good first impression anyway.

I read sooooo many reviews before buying these and they fit perfectly, are easy to remove, and have my older dewalt tools new life. Very happy.

These batteries just didn't hold their charge after a few months. Save your cash and buy a new drill with lithium batteries.

I say so far so good because I've had these batteries for less than a month. They both seem to work as expected. I can't comment of the longevity or battery life yet. I'm hoping they last! My only small complaints are that 1) I didn't need or particularly want the brushes, 2) I really just wanted to buy one battery until I knew I was satisfied, and 3) The packaging is pretty lame, but luckily there was no visible damage to the batteries

Still have the original DeWalt rapid charger that came with the DW983K kit. The batteries charged up fairly quickly - already had a partial charge - and I've used it hard several times. Better capacity (mAh) than the originals. Time will tell on their longevity. but otherwise very pleased.

Was very hesitant to buy a generic battery but didn't have much choice. Upon arrive I took one apart and verified the part is actually filled with battery and not spacers, weights, etc. Have been using them pretty heavily and they are the equal or better than the OE batteries. They fit the tools and charger perfectly.

The batteries are great for the price, but haven’t used long enough to checkout longevity.

I am glad I was able to find these batteries and the brushes were a bonus. I would have had to buy a new drill otherwise which would have cost me a lot more than the battery replacement did.

This was purchased for less the most 2 Hi-output Battery options. This also came with the 3 free brushes that work like crazy. Great buy!
