First of all, this bag is really heavy and hard enough. Before I buy it. I compare some cheaper, the need fill by myself. I don't like extra job. I choose this one. For both kids and dad could use it, I decided buy this punching bag. My husband set up a stand by himself. I move it in my patio, training in fresh air. My son loves it. He punch it every day. Good choose.

After couple days use, I will say It's a good start if you like punching and ready to training your kids . It's a surprise when I received this punching bag .Because the last punching bag which I bought at local store, it need filled up by myself , But this bag already filled up ,So save my time and money . And it's quality very good. It's strong enough and easy to assemble , I just hold it up then my 10 years old son hang up it at pull up bar easily .Now we are both all fan with this punching bag . We training punching every day happily ,no any issues.

I love this heavy bag ,my husband likes it!So much fun and such a great workout.This one is well made. He got ready for a chain with a swivel, and snap carabiners, so it was ready to hang in the basement!I bought MMA gloves for this. you just need to mount it .The bag seems to be pretty decent quality. There were a couple of threads sticking out at the seams. I like this color btw.Everything is good!

I rate this product a 5/5 stars! It's pretty durable, but still not super heavy so I won't break my back or hurt myself while carrying it. I prefer bags with rags over sand in it, and this bag is a representation why. Also, when I punch it, it's not too hard so it breaks my hand or too soft that it breaks right away. 50 pounds is reasonably heavy, and I also like how it comes with straps for easy hanging!

I bought this to work out. I am not a boxer but I think this will be great for me . I was using the bag to burn calories. my little son he like that too ,he use for punch and kicking . i guess he really enjoy without less tv cartoon time . which is good for him, make himself more stronger . it just perfect for the beginners . i would definitely recommend this product !

The punching bag is good for my son because he can practice martial arts with this. This also allowed us to release our anger on the bag because of the stress that comes to a typical adult. But overall, this is a very good bag to kick and looks nice

I have not been disappointed so far. The mounting brackets are simple enough to install and the included hardware is strong enough you wont have to worry about it falling apart. i am not a sport person，but just want to do some boxing. I like it so much！

The amazon comment says “best bag and stand”. Yet it comes with no stand, additionally every picture shows it on stand. So it’s Xmas eve and I go to set up my sons gift and can’t. Very misleading! I now see that in one of the images it says stand not included. However being that’s its amazon choice for “bag with stand” and every pic shows with stand I kind of expected a stand. Very disappointing!
