Quick easy read for all ages
Giving a 1 to 2 page description on each notable secret society or cult, National Geographic has managed to shove a millennia of information into easy to read composites. Going all the way back to the ancient Greeks And Romans and ending with Scientology which is still active today.

Fascinating!
This is a fascinating introduction to cults and much more. I read it cover to cover.

Not worth the money
National Geographic monthly issues are known for great original pictures of nature and other cultures. This special issue has an index in the back showing that all pictures came from on-line sources such as Getty Images. Many of the pictures do not mention why they are included or how they are related to the articles. We can assume that no original research was done either and the author has not met anyone from any of the groups listed. Great people and charitable organizations, such as the pope and the Jesuits are shown next to criminals and other crime syndicates such as the Mafia, Nazy Groups.

IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY and it is pure TRASHY TRASH
I purchase this book, yesterday, at Top's Grocery Store at the cashier's line. This book is nothing about secret societies or their secret knowledge of esotericism. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY and it is pure TRASHY TRASH.
