As someone who takes supplements for Omega-3 and vitamin E, I have always struggled with finding pills that deliver a high enough quantity AND quality of each, since most pill-form supplements are filled with additives and rarely provide the source for their product. So I thought I would try this liquid form from the crisp waters of Iceland.Pros:I won't go into the benefits of Omega-3 fish oil, especially for the 40+ crowd like me, since I assume you are on this page because you already know them. So ...Of course, like so many others, I was worried about the fishy taste or the later-fishy burbs that I have gotten with liquid forms in the past. Lysi, however, has managed to crack the code with delivering on a fish oil that actually tastes great. Seriously ... there is no fishy taste, and moreover, the lemon and mint infusion really come across as crisp and refreshing. And since using it, me and my kids (who use it from time to time) have not experienced any fish burps.Beyond the great taste, another added benefit is that you get complete absorption of the Omega-3 and other nutrients through the liquid form, about a tablespoon per day. This is unlike other supplements that seem to have recommended dosages of 2-3 pills multiple times per day.It is really one of those experiences you have to taste to believe.The cons: Of course, the consistence is like that of olive oil, so if you are consuming other oil-based supplements, this won't be a problem. For me and my teenage son (who consumes it during track season), it's not a problem, and I drink straight from the bottle, but my pre-teen daughter (who I am feeding DHA and EPA as part of my retirement plan :)) doesn't like the texture and mouth-feel, so we just mix is in blended fruit shakes. She never realizes it is even in there.Also, the bottle needs to be refrigerated after opening and for highest potency should be consumed within 30-60 days. My bottles typically last about this time, maybe a little longer if I am eating fish and skipping the Lysi, and I haven't seen any decline in quality or taste.Lastly, the cost is a bit intimidating compared to alternative pill forms, but when you do your research and look at the ACTUAL dosage of Omega-3's (DHA and EPA) and vitamin-D (IUs) received through taking the pills, you will find as I did that the liquid form delivers more value, and from the research I have done, a much higher quality.Summary: If you take fish oil or Omega-3 supplements and are intimidated by the taste of liquid fish oils, this product will NOT disappoint. You should at least TRY it once.

So I was terrified to try this at first. Most C.L.Os are disgusting but this! This right here is perfect. I love the taste and smell. Lemon is my jam!

When I was a kid, a loooong time ago, it was hard for me to swallow lýsi. But, maybe my tastebuds have drastically changed, this stuff tastes just fine. I started using it again, after a two decade pause, and my joints feel great! I feel ready to start rock climbing again.

I primarily use fish oil for joint health, as i lift heavy weights regularly. This product has helped effectively in this area, along with many other benefits. I take a big spoonful every morning, with no fishy aftertaste or fish burps, due to the lemony taste. My mom (in her 70's) added this product to her diet, with no other changes, and her cholesterol count dropped significantly! I highly recommend this product.

Very fresh taste I bought it to supplement another product I was using to get my Omega 3 and omega-6 and it worked beautifully. I am allergic to regular fish oil so the cod liver oil was very complimentary to the other product

Even though when you order, it says “available for returns” once you buy it, you can’t return nor replace it. My product came on time but it was opened and the product leaked. I lost my money.
