Great pick!
Love this! Got for my Mom who is 91. It's lightweight, yet sturdy and folds nicely. And the cost was great compared to others over $100.

Very pleased with rollator
Had this deliver to my daughter's house prior to my trip and was there when I got there. She had it all set up for me. Cost is very reasonable and it is sturdy and attractive. Glad I got it for my bad knee so I could keep up going places with the grandkids. Highly recommend it.

Good Value, but be aware . . .
Seems well made. Minimal assembly instructions are provided but there are few parts. The non-wheel feet have a spring-loaded mechanism that is designed to quickly wear-out with use on rough surfaces. A phone number is provided for support. No, you can not put tennis balls on the non-wheel feet if you expect them to function as intended. Update 2/16/23 Be aware that the spring-loaded mechanisms quickly ground-down because this was used outside on pavement and sidewalks. In our case we found out about this after the entire mechanism was ground-off and the steel tubing was grinding on the floor. The replacement parts from the manufacturer cost almost as much as an entire new walker and they were challenging to replace due to the damage to the steel legs. So be watchful if this is taken outside. Be careful when you ordered replacement rear skids; they are about 7/8" and most replacements will not fit. Good luck.

Must 1st have strength and stability to keep unit stable while rising from seated position
Unit we received was metal. All parts were there and accounted for. Nothing was found broken, bent or otherwise in anything other than brand new condition. Being for my 100 lb, 5' elderly mother we thought it would be a great alternative to the wheelchair for any standing in line activity however, we found quickly that she had not the body weight nor strength to keep the brakes (back pegs depressed with rubber caps firmly on floor) engaged while trying to get up from the seated position. Being new to all this, it wasn't until after we returned it that it we figured before sitting, just put the walker against a wall, furniture, etc. so it wouldn't roll forward - but only IF that was an available option to begin with. The walker was sturdy and the only 1 I found with a seat and NO back wheels with the back support tubes extending down to a point where replacing the seemingly fault-prone spring loaded pegs with skids or worst case, tennis balls, would be easily doable. I wish it would have worked better in our case.

Great walker with adjustable height, seat, backrest and pivoting front wheels!
This is a great walker that adjust well for the height of the user. I like the seat and backrest and the wheels that pivot making rolling much smoother!

Do not recommend - poor quality design
I bought this Rollator for my mother when she went into the hospital and rehab. We used it for about a week and the back leg tips wore down making it unusable to push properly. I was sent 2 new tips, and they lasted 4 days with minimal use. Called company again to complain about the quality of the product. All they could do was send 2 more tips that will again probably wear down in less than a week. I would not recommend this product unless you want to spend money replacing the tips every week or less. Unfortunately 2 physical therapists said to stay away from the 4-wheel rollators as it is more complicated to maneuver handle brakes and then unsafe if memory is an issue.

Wasn't as described.
I bought this for my sister-in-law who was having knee surgery. I purchased an open box, scratch and dent version. However, I wasn't expecting a part to be broken. Description said "in good condition" but possibly with scratches or dents. When it arrived one of the stopping mechanisms was not only broken, but the broken piece was also missing. This made the walker lop-sided. We were able to remove the stopping mechanism from the other side so that it would sit even and not wobble. It will be usable but kind of drags on carpet without the rounded bottoms on the stopping mechanisms. There wasn't enough time to return the walker before her surgery or I would have. I do wish the description of the item would have been more accurate.

This Walker Is a Great Help
My best friend had the misfortune of injuring both knees, and she told me that this walker I got for her is helping her mobility a lot. The price was very reasonable, assembly was easy, and even though it's lightweight it's strong enough to support a person with a fairly large build.
