It feels like they are of excellent quality, very good consistency but the company should review the ingredients because they are a little sweeter than normal.

Tasty: Very close to a home baked chocolate chip cookie. Fast and easy. Prepared quickly with little mess. Would recommend having a box or two when you need to make a quick dessert.

Not what I expected, dry and this is definitely not a cookie, more like a dried out brownie. Might as well make your own. Price is not worth it either.

I’ve never baked cookies before in my life but somehow managed to bake this cookie. I followed the instructions and it came out delicious, my mouth is watering just writing this review and I want to order another one but the price has gone up ☹️.I was a little disappointed though that the pan is not a reusable pan it’s made of heat resistant cardboard and it’s a one time use 😒

First of all, the instructions/ingredients are all wrong! Here is the ideal, if not perfect recipe for this item (taste-tested by many-so tried and true) :6 tablespoons of water2 tablespoons of melted butter3 tablespoons of hersheys liquid syrup(stir into mix)add a light coat of olive oil to panstir dough and shape to panbake at 350° for approximately 20 minslet stand for about 15 minutes*Enjoy*Note: this is essentially, is the recipe that made Amos so Famous (famous Amos chocolate chip cookies)... if you use at least a 10 inch pan you will produce a huge 'famous amos' cookie... if you use the pan that comes with the product then you will have something close to a very tasty brownie.

It's a big affordable cookie I can quickly make myself, from a brand I trust. What could go wrong? Everything.There was nothing good about this cookie. At ALL.texture was not that of a cookie, more like a weird brownie. I was still optimistic. Once it cooled, I forked off a small bite. It was moist, cakey, and tasted artificial. There was no taste of chocolate whatsoever despite having seen chocolate chips on the fork that entered my mouth. The artifical sweetener (?) taste was overpowering, just as it is in the Duncan Hines mug cakes. I did not finish my cookie. Other people in the house took sections of it, no one liked it. Most of it was broken up and tossed outside for some poor unwitting birds to feast on.I think less of Duncan Hines for selling this. I'm afraid to buy their cake mixes now. This is such a delicious treat for date night or movie night with the kids. You can pop it in the oven or microwave it. Put a scoop of ice cream on it to dress it up or eat it as is! It’s so simple and sooooooo yummmy!!! Can’t stop buying them! 100% recommend. 😄
