Aranami Blue Wave Dinner Plate

I love these plates, the pattern is endlessly pleasing and the plates are rugged enough to withstand the oven and the dishwasher. They are well made, as I add plates to my collection, the colors and prints match perfectly so they don't seem like add-ons. I've started buying more of the bowls too, they're understated and elegant, the forms are timeless and really pleasing to look at and touch.

The first plate arrived broken which wasn’t a big surprise shipping fragile plates. The seller was so fast to respond and help with a replacement which arrived fast and intact. A beautiful plate. Would buy from this seller in a heartbeat

I love these plates! I bought the matching serving bowls when I was in Japan a few months ago. So happy to find the exact plates here. The plates are truly beautiful, sturdy & so well made. They shipped my plates out to me super fast & packaging was solid.

Just what I was hoping for. The plates look like they do in the picture. Love the pattern. Now I would like the smaller salad/dessert plates.

A nice addition to our small collection of dishes. They can go in the dishwasher without worry, but have a delicate appearance on the table. Don't hesitate to buy these, they are worth every penny. Oh, also, they arrived very well packaged and quickly. Thank you.

I purchased these because I liked the design...I had trouble finding blue plates that I liked. This appears to be a quality tableware product that is actually made in Japan; there are a lot of lesser quality "Japanese-looking" products that can be found for less. It depends on what you want - I wanted higher quality tableware for the home.

This is a pretty plate. There are some imperfections in the glazing and the pattern is fuzzy in places, so I only gave it four stars. The quality is simply good, not great.

Not porcelain but nice sturdy earthenware. Imperfectly finished along some of the edges though that doesn't impact their purpose. And with an oriental like wave design. The color blue is the appropriate navy blue which underscores that oriental quality.
