nice fishing rod
bought it about a year ago and its still going, the tip is still on it after hitting so many branches. I have also reeled in some bass with it.

Good rod
Paired with an Okuma reel, nice ultralight rod. I struggle with accuracy. Would be nice if the taper we’re a little more progressive along the length (rather than just being pretty darn thin everywhere) to offer more control. That said it means you can load this rod with some pretty light lures. And accuracy isn’t totally diminished, there still is some accuracy but you’ll need to practice if you’re used to a medium rod.

Prices keep changing
At the 28 dollar price I paid, this is an insane deal, at the 48 it's currently listed at, it's a rip off. At say 35, it's fair for what this rod is. A decent to great backcountry rod that won't hurt your back by being too heavy

Great ultralight rod!
Update: The tip broke off on a snag recently, and I emailed Okuma. Since it was a pretty recent purchase, they are sending a new rod end at no charge at all! If it's outside of warranty, a new rod end is $15. They actually seem like they care about their customers. Will do business with them again!Took this to the lake a few days ago and it casts so easily. Paired this with a Shimano Sienna 1000 reel and it's so nice!!
