Saves time and life
it is size-A4. Even though it is small, it serves the purpose. Great for domestic use as well as a hobby. I have not travelled with it yet, so I don't know how portable it is or if it is going to be ok to check in on a flight. But it definitely saves a great deal of my time and energy as it has standard paper sizes marked and a paper stopper to help in alignment.However, it does not has a self-sharpening blade. I only hope it is durable. Oh, and of course, value for money!

A very good accessory to have for photo printing enthsiasts
Pros:A very goo accessory for any photo printing enthusiasts to trim the edges to get a desired size. Different standard paper/photo sizes are clearly marked on the board (I chose the metallic version), that makes the job easy. The knife works very smoothly and can be kept locked after use. One has to just pull the handle a little to the right to get it free for work. I have been looking for this kind of gadget for a long time and I finally got lucky! Thanks Amazon.Con(s):This is a very minor one: As noted by some reviewers, Out of the box, this cutter doesn't properly align the paper. I quickly discovered that the strip for aligning the top of the paper was itself out of position. It was easy to just nudge it to align with the top line mark on the board, and it was good to go! I faced no problem thereafter.My recommendation: If you need it, go for it. With the alignment tips given above, you cannot go wrong!
