Item Not As Described
While using the thread, I noticed that I was missing a lot of color throughout. It is described as a rich brown but actually more tan in color. I ordered two of the same item, as seen in this picture. Unfortunately, I received two very different colors. The one on the left is missing a lot of color even though they are supposed to be identical items. The thread was supposed to ship within two days but took over two weeks. I am very disappointed with this purchase.
