These Are So Delicious
Over the years, I’ve had many different kinds and brands of baked cheese snacks crisps like this. These have been by far the best tasting ones I’ve ever had. The flavor is so powerful and some might say pungent, but that’s why they’re so good. I bought a pack yesterday shopping for some road trip food up in Madison, WI. I paid 2.79 for them (comes out to $1.40/serving). A tad expensive, especially since 1 serving isn’t that many, but the taste is worth the price to at least try them once. I could’ve finished off 2-3 of these packs in 1 sitting, that’s how much I like them. Never had anything with truffle in it before, so I don’t know if the pungent/umami taste was from the cheese itself or the truffle, but if that’s what truffle tastes like, I’m in.

Hands down, these are the worst things I have ever purchased at TJ. I love TJ-I have been shopping there since the mid 80s—I happily drive 60 miles round trip to pick up TJ staples. These are the worst snacks I have ever tasted and I love their plain cheese crisps and I love all cheese. The aftertaste is incredible-incredibly bad. How to describe? Sweat socks? Mud? Hockey gloves? Dog washing water? Refrigerator after an extended power Outage? Bones that my dog buried in the yard months ago? First diaper after the introduction of solid food? Three out of four of our household spat it out after 14Seconds of chewing. My son and I have taken to hiding the unfinished bag in unexpected places.

OMG!
I have NEVER in my life tasted anything THIS bad. I cannot describe how awful these taste. I love cheese and I have had truffles in other dishes before and it was quite nice, however, this combination is not good at all.The plain cheeses ones ARE really tasty!
