Q: Does this device offer sure protection? Can it be attached to a surge protector? Any problems using a powerstrip with it (for electronics)?

I run 3 power strips off this beast. And boy does it work. Power was so unstable at my apartment my computer would crash daily. Now it never crashes.

Q: If I put the regulator in position 110 volts. How many volts under and over 110 volts it could accept without doing correction?

In the 110VAC position, it will float from about 96.5VAC to 116.5VAC without doing any correction. Over 116.5, it will Trim 10% off whatever voltage it is fed. Below 96.5, it will Boost 20% to whatever voltage it gets.It does this by changing the tap on the internal transformer.Good Luck!

Q: How many watts input is this designed to handle?

So VA is not the same as watts as you have to multiply it by a "power factor" which varies between 0 and 1 depending on the load. Most computer power supplies have a power factor between .7 and .8 for example. So 1200 VA might be the equivalent of 840 watts to your computer. Google "power factor for common appliances" to get an approximate power factor for your load. Some monitors, for instance, have a power factor of only .5.
