I recently purchased this kid’s underwear. The material and quality were really good, and everything about the product was great. Unfortunately, the size and fit didn’t work well for my child, so I requested a return. To my surprise, the seller refunded me without asking me to return the product, most likely because it is an underwear item.While I appreciate their quick customer service, I don’t feel comfortable keeping both the product and the refund. I would appreciate it if the seller could contact me and let me know how I can properly return the product or handle the refund in a fair way.
