Nature Made Calcium 600 mg with Vitamin D - 120 Tablets by Nature Made

my doctor suggested that I start taking calcium to help strengthen my bones. Great product at a great price. The tablets are pretty good size but can break them in half if you need to. I just take one of the morning and one in the evening and seems to work OK.

I have osteoporosis and need to take calcium and vitamin D3 daily. The dosing falls into what my doctor recommended at a price point I can handle. My insurance does not cover vitamin and mineral supplements. I have problems swallowing large pills . These are not bad at all. Last check my blood levels for both D3 and calcium were good. So I am doing well with these. As with any vitamin use these at the discretion of your health care provider
