Best customer service
We had issues with a pump and I contacted the seller. Not only was he very responsive but took the time to tell me exactly what I needed in order for the pump to work. We purchased first pump three years ago lasted about a year 2nd pump was purchased not realizing it had a two year warranty. Replaced the air valves now the pump works better than when we first bought it. Thank you to the seller for helping me out

only lasted one year
The product has a 2 year warranty and after almost exactly 1 year the output in air is almost 0. I'm hopeful the company will stand behind it as it really worked well until the output slowly went to nothing in month 12.

I have purchased several of these pumps. I recently had an issue with one. The seller responded promptly and addressed the problem. Would definitely do business with them again.

Do not recommend
I bought two of these pumps, one quite working and they wont take it back. The other one still runs but its really noisy. I would definitely not recommend buying this product

Awesome pump!
Awesome pump! Using this pump with the pond diffuser has turned my 1 acre pond from greenish brown to crystal clear in only 1 week. Highly recommended.

Quit working after 8 months and warranty return is next to impossible
Installation was easy. Worked fine for 8 months and then just quit, tripping breakers and getting really hot without starting. Tried to return under warranty but get directed to a non-existent site. No customer assistance link.
