Really useful for my rotator cuff problem. Hot or cold. Well worth the money and very durable.

So the quality of the materials for the strap and ice pack are great, but the design lets them down. On the ice pack itself, I do not find it flexible once frozen as described, which is fairly common with ice packs. It is still really stiff, which when trying to mold to a joint such as a shoulder, its more difficult.With the strap itself, two things let it down. First, when using it for your left shoulder, the main strap will end up on your back, which makes it very tough to connect up. The second is that the ice pack is a very tight fit, which means that its hard to get it into the pouch and when you do a little bit of the ice pack remains outside the pouch which I found rubbing against my neck.The box does say two ice packs, the Amazon description states one (the latter is the one that matters). I did find a voucher for a free icepack in my box, but it goes through Facebook chat and I haven't been able to connect.For an shoulder ice pack, it is probably one of the better ones I could find, some small tweeks would just make it so much better.

My husband had a fall recently and was in a huge amount of back pain. Ice packs were too difficult to hold in place, so I was delighted to find this on Amazon. He couldn’t get to sleep with the pain but this gave him comfort and ease almost immediately. He has used it ever sinc3 and is almost ‘fixed.’ I suffer from neck and shoulder pain so this will be a huge comfort for me. A very well made product at a very fair price. I’d recommend it to anyone seeking relief from muscular pain or inflammation.

I have suffered from neck and shoulder pain for over ten years. This year I was diagnosed with a herniated disc. I have been in unbelievable pain and the smaller ice packs I had were just not giving me the relief I needed. So I found this one from magic gel and I'm so happy with it. It's so well made. Folds up to pop in the freezer drawer, freezes pretty quickly. Stays cold for ages. There's times I'd sit for nearly an hour and it's still giving me relief. I have already recommended to friends who need ice packs like this. Honestly it's the best one I have found.

Bought this to help with severe pain in my fingers and thumb. I need to keep heat on them to ease the pain. I followed all the instructions and heated this up in the microwave . It fits on your hand great and the gel distributed easily within the glove. The glove then straps on at the wrist to hold it securely. All great so far!Sadly the glove cooled down within 5/10 minutes. I wanted this glove in the hope that it would hold the heat a bit longer than that! Having to go and heat the glove every 5/10 minutes is of no use to me.Not effective if you need it for heat but it will be much better for someone that needs it for a cold compress.The quality of this glove is amazing though, really well made and it looks like it will last a long time

Very useful to ice a shoulder. A bit fiddly to put on if you're by yourself. But most effective.

OK, I have an 18 inch collar size and this is obviously too small to lay flat over the shoulders and hasnto be physically held in place around my neck. Apart from the size I like it a lot, and it's way better than a bag of frozen peas 🫛 🤣

This is really helpful for my shoulder and it is easily shaped to fit anyone. It can be used for either shoulder. It can be folded up quite small when not in use. Definitely recommend if you have shoulder issues.

I did not expect to receive 2 units one each for heat and cold. I use it regularly and fits very well.From a design perspective I cannot add anything. However, the cold ice pack is good enough for about 25 minutes. I can increase the time by either using it directly to my skin, or I can easily insert a smaller ice pack that can be held within its fold. I think the price point is excellent. Very convenient also.
