I am beyond satisfied with this excellent product. My husband and I are sole caregivers for my elderly Mom and for several years had been using the Walmart Assurance brand disposable underwear. They worked pretty well and as time went on, I added an additional pad to the underwear for overnight use. Then just about a couple of weeks ago, we began having a very serious leakage problem. I don't know if Assurance changed the manufacturing of their product in some way, but Mom would wake up in the middle of the night totally soaked right through to her bedsheets. After a few nights of having to remake her bed and wash her sheets along with everything she was wearing, I was forced to look elsewhere for a product that would do the job. Fortunately, I found it with the Tranquility Premium Overnight Disposable underwear. After several nights in a row of not one tiny leak and no bedsheets to replace in the middle of the night, I quickly reordered a larger quantity of the product. The product arrived quickly and has so far lived up to the great reviews and their product description. I really feel that a large part of the solution for my Mom is the superior design of the Tranquility underwear leg cuffs, which may be the main reason the Walmart brand failed so badly. I have also now ordered the daytime underwear as well as some of the "Booster" pads that can effectively be used along with both the Overnight and the Daytime underwear. I am so grateful to be able to purchase these products from Amazon.

Absorbs well, lasts over. 10 hours, doesn't leak, easy on and off, seems to run true size. Claims and reviews seem factual based on own experience.

Hold over night

Does a fairly good job without much leakage! I don’t know why they can’t make adult products like baby diapers that hold much more waist and are more absorbing!

These are the first overnight incontinence underwear that have kept my 93 year old mother dry most nights. I tried Depends night defense and Tena overnights and neither worked as well as Tranquility Overnight. Such a relief to not have to wash her bedding every day

AT LONG LAST FINALLY! Don't waste your time, money and energy on other brands. Cannot state enough of how these adult diapers have the best overall abosorbancy in all that I've tried in 10 years. Dry after 8 hours, no leakage, pair with Prevail pads and your good to go!

Holds a lot of fluid, but what makes it my preference is that it has a quicker catch capacity for gushes with less overflow then I've found with other similar pull-ups that I've tried. Size of pull-up, Durability, thickness & length of pad part are good, especially for overnight. No trouble from skin irritation.

Getting to that age... and this was my first purchase of this item. They are better than I expected. Comfortable and really trustworthy. I am very happy with this brand and this product. Seems strange... we start life with diapers and now here I am back into them. Makes me chuckle! :-}} I recommend this product to others who may be shopping for their needs. Will order them again. This is the diaper brand I will stay with. This is a addition to my first review. I LOVE these Tranquility Overnite diapers... but I wanted to add a bit more info here. I also use Tranquility Overnite Pads that I place inside of my diapers... to be able to extend the life of the diaper. I change the overnite pads when they are soiled. But in my disposal of these items, I have set up a Garbage can with a lid... and I put in it a cloth washable diaper pail liner. Inside of that I put a Glad Force flex garbage can liner and I have also purchased... medium sized disposal diaper bags... and the colored individual diaper bags. I put my soiled pads and diapers inside the colored diaper bag, and coil it as it will hold 2 soiled items... I then place the colored diaper bag into the medium sized diaper bag and place it into the Glad Force flex bag... I also have purchased small Arm and Hammer deodorant disks that I place one in each Glad Force flex bag... and with ALL this... THERE IS NO ODOR FROM MY SOILED diapers and pads... and this system will last until the Glad Force Flex bag is full and I need to put it into the dumpster and re-set my "Diaper Pail System" I got this idea from checking AMAZON's diaper pail inventory... and I purchased ALL THESE ITEMS from AMAZON. Including the garbage can with the lid. I am VERY pleased with this system... it works GREAT!... and there is NO ODORS. I guess we start with diapers... and we end with diapers... and anyone who has had children has had to contend with diaper pail sanitary systems. I hope this helps others with this problem... Amazon has ALL the items needed to set this system up. This is a system that new parents will set up...and I got this idea for my "diaper disposal system" from the baby's diaper disposal system... Great adult diaper for my mom have to do less laundry since using these they are very absorbed and keep my mom dry and more comfortable when she sleeps at night great product also since they have this in extras small that is the best
