Good supplement

Prior to becoming pregnant in 2020, I had lost around 15 pounds from being on a fitness journey. I am a young, healthy, and active 35 year old woman. However, after giving birth to my son in 2021, I struggled to lose the baby weight, and the weight was just piling on despite my BEST efforts of eating right and exercising regularly. It was SO hurtful, discouraging, and just downright depressing to watch all my hard work in 2020 go down the drain. I knew something was wrong. I knew it was something internal... hormonal. I did a lot of research and realized that postpartum women can suffer from estrogen dominance since your hormones are trying to regulate after giving birth. I have been taking DIM for nearly three months now, and I am so grateful that I found this product. I can tell that my hormones are balancing out because I'm sleeping better, my periods are lighter and shorter, I don't experience cramps, and FINALLY... I am losing weight so much quicker and easier now. However, I will say that unlike other reviews that I read where women reported weight loss without exercise or dieting, I did not see any weight loss benefits until I got back to my fitness routine of working out 3-4 times per week, and eating relatively well. But as soon as I got back on track, (I had given up on weight loss right before starting DIM), the weight started falling off QUICKLY and easily thanks to the DIM. I thank God that He didn't let me give up on myself. I started off the first couple of weeks with a very low dosage (100 mg), but gradually increased to three pills per day now that I'm 3 months in. Definitely start out low, but I'm not gonna lie... I had to increase my dosage, because the low dosage was not effective for me, and it wasn't until I increased to 600 mg (per day) that I really saw changes beginning to occur with my weight.

For those who know what this is used for, it does the job. I was having side effects from certain meds and this took care of it in a weeks time. I pulled back to 3 a week and still worked great. Price is good, easy to swallow, and does the job.

I suffered instant side effects. As sharp pain in my kidneys and whole left front side. The supplement also raised my blood pressure to alarming levels. The only ‘potency’ is its harmful effects. Stay far, far away.
