Q: Do these normaly have a seal on them?

I don't think they did. I returned the shampoo and conditioner after one use. Horrible, strong fragrance.

Q: Good for colored hair? Just got blonde highlights in, just wanna make sure

mine was fake and smelled disgusting.

Q: Should the conditioner come with a seal on it?

I had had it sent to me wrapped in plastic.
