Almost invisible and works well
Having used Behind The Ear hearing aids for several years, I decided to try In The Ear ones, and as these were reasonably priced, thought they might do. Having been informed they had been despatched, the day after I placed and paid for the order, therefore unable to make any changes, the due date stated was in fact not for several weeks. I could not understand this in this day of modern transportation, despite COVID-19. Nevertheless, the items arrived and I was surprised at how small they were. I tried some of the cushions, all not easy to fit, until I found the size that didn't irritate the inner ear canal or cause pain. Adjusting the volume was quite straight forward and I couldn't understand the difficulty mentioned in some of the reviews I read. I certainly had no problems. From outset, they far outperformed my previous Behind The Ear pair. I could hear much better in years. Volume, once set, remains faithful and they are comfortable. Not awarding the 5th star is because I believe the long shipment date given, coupled with an early delivery, is a market ploy and I would rather an 'honest trader'. Nevertheless, I may consider buying them again and recommend them.

Unreasonable Terms and Poor Quality
The items are poor quality, feedback is irritating. The products come from China by China post, and you can’t return them via standard post as they contain batteries. You will sink your money as you will want to return them as the return policy is unreasonable. DON’T BOTHER!!!

Wonderful sound quality.
Astonishingly good! Fitted my small ears well. Almost completely invisible. Comfortable. Excellent very natural sound. Didn't need to adjust at all. Haven't heard this well in years!
