It is extremely sharp. I have cut myself 3 times and shaved off the corner of my thumb. So be careful! Apart from that it's a great tool for shredding vegetables extremely finely in no time at all. Don't be a twit like me - use the protective vegetable holder and maybe the gloves too!

Just wont suck to surface longer than 2 seconds very annoying when it keeps coming loose and you have 2kg cheese to grate. Awesome grating but leave some cheese behind. Very easy to use

Works well. The turning mechanism where you select the thickness has gotten jammed a couple of times but just requires some force to fix. I love the choice of thickness, the gloves are essential! The safety handle that holds the veg in place is pretty useless as it's a bit too wide for the mandolin and quite flimsy. But that aside it's a great bit of kit and at a good price too.

Makes slicing vegetables so much easier and quicker.Be careful though, blades are very sharp.

Really sharp and works well if you know how to use it and gain some practice. Quite messy. Veggies all over the place.Very sturdy and made well!Further from that, I will continue using my chopping board as I feel safer as apposed to those really sharp blades and arm strength that's needed!

Quite a bit larger than I expected as it was to replace a Moulinex Hand Held Multi Grater I had had for a great many years and which, eventually, gave up the ghost on me!!! I had occasion to use it to grate cheese for a Pasta Dish on the very day it was received. It is a most attractive piece of Equipment and I found it EXTREMELY easy to use and it grated and dispatched the cheese into the waiting dish beautifully! Because of its size I can see a great many more uses for this BEAUTIFUL piece of Equipment. Congratulations to the Manufacturer and the Seller (on this occasion)! Highly recommended!!!

Hard to use and adjust. Big and bulky.

The media could not be loaded. Abit expensive, but good, very sharp and cuts with ease, I found it very difficult to adjust the thickness and the product does not allow you to cut very thick, however, the product is meant to slice thinly but I think it’s helpful to note that. Overall do I recommend, yes, if you don’t want to slice very thick and you don’t mind figuring abit out, for me it’s fine as I just brought it for one dish and as a general kitchen essential, but if you use it often this would be great to as it’s very good quality, so, yeah it is very good quality I would recommend
