Horrible customer service
Used their charger that comes with the battery and only lasted a year. Plugged in to charge overnight and somehow it got overcharged and ruined the battery. Xs would only sell me a new one as they said it was my fault for overcharging it. Now I have a extreme expensive paper weight.

Put it on race car charged it according to instructions went dead recharge until hooked cables still went dead now it smells like rotten eggs. Bad experience
