Overall, this is a nice product. One of the best features is that the storage case has an internal, rechargeable battery that will recharge the earbuds while they are stored in the case. Connecting the USB charging cable to a power source charges the case and, if the earbuds are in the case, will charge the earbuds simultaneously.When using the earbuds for telephone conversations, I am told that my voice is heard clearly by the other person without much accompanied background noise.To me, sound isolation (from surrounding ambient noise) is a very important factor in rating earbuds. This product does not extend deep enough into the ear canal to provide good sound isolation. Even with the largest of the supplied rubber ear-tips, I cannot get a good enough seal to isolate outside noise. This also affects the sound quality of music playback. Without a good, tight seal in the ear canal, an earbud cannot deliver deep bass. However, the sound quality for music playback is surprisingly good when there is not much ambient noise around me. We all have different ear shapes and different diameter ear canals. Perhaps these ear buds will isolate noise better for other people than they do for me.The Bluetooth connection quality is excellent. I have not experienced any dropouts, static or connection loss as long as I remain within thirty feet of my iPhone. There are voice prompts telling me when I am connected and will let me know when the battery strength has dropped to a level requiring a recharge.I have tried using them with the Active Noise Cancellation turned on and off. Yes it works but, probably because of my poor ear canal fit, the feature provides little enhancement.I do recommend these. Hopefully one day, they will make a newer version that extends deeper into the ear canal to provide a tighter fit.

I am SO MAD that I bought the anker soundcore wireless earbuds and didn't just wait for these!! These fit perfectly in my ears and the touch controls are AMAZING.After really, really hating the ones i got for anker [which i shelled out 60$ for....] I thought maybe true wireless just wasnt for me because they were constantly falling out of my ears regardless of the covers i used, the sound was terrible and tinny, and the no- touch controls meant to pause a song I'd have to shove hard plastic deep into my ears.And then in came this beauty, on sale for 40$, bought this morning on an impulse buy[gotta love that same day prime shipping, huh?] and wow... I would have HAPPILY paid 80$ for these! The sound is amazing, just the right amount of bass to feel the music without feeling like you're getting lobotomized. The touch controls are easy to learn and so far are really responsive and OH what a joy it is to be able to control the volume using my earbuds!Why are you still reading? Buy them. I got them for 40$ with same day shipping but I would have happily paid 60+ for the sheer comfort of them. The case is sleek and even fits in my GIRL POCKETS. What's not to love?

First of all, these earbuds are great. I owned the previous model and was already pretty happy. This new one feels more comfortable and the noise reduction is a welcome new feature. I've had these for a month now and I'm very happy. I have many, many video conference meetings and have had zero mention of audio issues so far.Recently, I ran into a glitch which prevented the right earbud from pairing. I wasn't able to figure it out myself, so I reached out to support. They were very responsive and tried to assist in troubleshooting. They eventually confirmed we couldn't fix it as is, so they promptly offered a replacement. They quickly sent me a pre-paid shipping label, I packed up the old earbuds and dropped it off at USPS, then a day later the replacement earbuds arrived at my door!Gitches happen with electronics, that's just a fact of life. What keeps me loyal to companies is there customer service. Boltune's customer service is world-class. They have a new loyal customer now! Will continue buying their products over others for the peace of mind.

I'll admit that I just received these earbuds today, so I can't speak entirely on the performance...just yet. However, I plan to come back and update once I've used these a lot more.Here's what I can tell you...Scroll down and look at the video of the woman who darn near breaks her neck while shaking her head, trying to show us that the earbuds don't come out. She wasn't lying! I have small ear canals (I can't recall the technical name), so ear buds like these usually pop right out of my ears. I had recently purchased another high-selling brand on here and no longer use them because I was tired of them falling out while walking or just doing little things around the house. I digress. These ones do NOT budge!! I changed the ear pieces to the smallest ones and they've been in my ear all day!Call quality: The people on the other end have said that I sound clear and they can't hear my background noise. I've also used these in class during a Zoom meeting and my partner said that they could only hear me and not my screaming child in the background. That's a A+!!Music: Sounds GREAT and gets loud, but not too loud where it would damage your eardrums.I can't wait to wear these while listening to my favorite ASMR videos tonight!I almost spent over a hundred dollars on AirPod Pros...I'm glad I didn't.

When the product first arrived, i did not like it. Over a period of time, i am used to it. Don't expect the quality of the high end products. This is not the equivalent of Bose, apple or similar product. But it is not a crap. Sound quality is fair, but battery life is not as promised. But i didn't happen to test full usage after charge. I used 1hr each time but after placing in casing, need to charge it. But it is good enough for regular use. I am still struggling with the controls - i try to adjust the fit and suddenly something gets activated. ANC is not felt that clearly too.Overall, for the price paid, it is fairly a good product

I originally received a set the was defective from manufacturer. Return was so easy! Kudos Amazon! I had a new set within 3 days. I love this product. Easy to sync with my devices. Sound is amazing.
