Great dog clippers
I got these clippers to start doing my own dog grooming. They are excellent! I also bought clipper combs to vary the length of her hair depending on the season. The clippers are sharp and easy to use. I don’t have any trouble with the cord and have used them 3 times so I can’t speak to durability or longevity.

Great Horse Clippers, Highly Recommend
These clippers are fantastic. Very quiet and very little heat. You need to keep them clean and free of hair clippings. They come with a small tube of oil, so I highly recommend ordering a can of spray clipper oil. Also, get a small clipper brush (the kit doesn't come with one) and a small can of compressed air. Cleaning these clippers is very easy with a small brush and compressed air. We did two full body clips, one on a horse with Cushings with a very shaggy winter coat. These did a phenomenal job. Blade is a bit too wide for the face and ears but you can swap in a #10 that's narrower. The T85 did a great body clip.

Excellent, easy to use clippers.
Bought these clippers for my Thoroughbred mare. Full body clipping used to take me hours on end, and usually had to work on it in more than one sitting. My Oster and Wahl clippers would overheat, stop working, get dull, all the imaginable problems. It was incredibly frustrating. I finally spent the money and bought the Andis 22330 AGC Super. Oh my the difference. It was actually fun to clip my horse. It took me less than two hours to completely body clip my horse. They always run smoothly. The snap on detachable blade was fantastic for quickly cleaning out the built up hair. Comes with an actual real sized bottle of oil, not the usual tiny sample. Long cord was easy to work with, and nice storage case keeps it clean and neat. Only thing I'll say is, and I don't know if this has anything to do with the clippers, but my horses hair is growing in unevenly. She looks like she has peach fuzz all over. Again I don't know that this has anything to do with the clippers, but I never had this happen with her before. I highly recommend these clippers!

Adequate moderate use clipper
The best thing about these clippers is that they are light weight and quiet, important for clipping a horse. They just aren't powerful enough to do a full body clip on a horse with a heavy coat. If you're doing just a bib clip or a trace clip, they could work -- assuming you stop every few minutes, clean and oil the blades and let them cool down. Wide blades work fine. Just don't expect the performance of Clipmasters, or you will be disappointed. Videos of body clipping a horse show a fine, light coat, essentially a horse with a summer coat. These clippers aren't up to a horse with Cushings or a pony with a heavy winter coat.

Great clippers
Used these clippers for the first time, as the first time clipping my PPID horse. I skipped the legs and face for the first session, but the clippers were great, and the outcome was very satisfactory. The horse ismuch cooler now. The clippers are quiet, and my horse was not concerned about them.

Best money spent
I have a horse that gets a very long thick winter coat and it warms up before she sheds it..for the last week I have gone through 3 sets of clippers..I took a chance ordering this pricey set, and IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!The blade was wide, it had no problem cutting that thick hair, and no problem cutting the baby soft hair on her belly..I wasted a week of switching blades, taking clippers apart and oiling sets and finding that one angle that would cut..This set was a joy to use..

Excellent Clippers!
My horse started developing a very long thick coat in the winters after he was treated with heavy doses of prednisone for a illness. For the past couple of years I’ve borrowed clippers or just hit and missed with a trim clipper that I own. This year hot weather arrived early and he was miserable. The Andis brand was recommended by a friend with show horses that clips regularly. The Andis clippers cut through the hair like butter. They do get hot fairly quickly but they cooled off very quickly too. I purchased a jar of Andis Blade Care Dip and that worked very well in keeping the blades cleaned and lubricated. I recommend these clippers for body clipping of horses.

Excellent for dogs, won't break
Always safe, and unlike other clippers that don't work or stop working in a few weeks (even the most expensive Wahl), will reliably cut my Shih Tzu Bichon's hair. I've had the same clipper for years now.
