Chunkier than most chunkies
One thing I liked about this chunky peanut butter was that have more chunks in it, Still, it's a processed peanut butter, which means the oils do not separate from the peanut butter nice and thick, but it has good number of chunks which I'd like to crunch on when I have peanut butter On a toast. Plus, just as a fact for diabetes, it's a slow process As long as you don't put jelly on it
