This used to be a listing for just a semi-dry snorkel, which, by the way, is an excellent snorkel. The listing apparently changed a couple days after I purchased it.The set advertised now is fins, mask, and dry snorkel. Totally different items from what the reviews are rating.

I used this for a week snorkeling and I'm in love.1. For me, having a good snorkel that fits my needs is super important due to some medical issues. In the past using dry snorkels, I've had lots of issues with getting enough air, which is o e if the reasons I decided to try a semi-dry. I have asthma and problems with lung capacity, so being able to breathe full and steadily is very important. This was super easy to breathe through. Also, it drains fabulously. Small splashes and ocean spray drained effortlessly and water did not go into my mouth. The couple times that some water got down lower because of a bigger wave, or in one case me diving down, it was easy to blow all the water out with one forceful breath even with my breathing problems.2. I have super fragile gum tissue, a small mouth, and tmj. The flexible tube on this is a dream, and I'd never use a snorkel without a flex tube. My jaw didn't get sore at all even with over an hour of use, plus when I a new up to speak it swings out of my face effortlessly. My parents were jealous and are going to buy their own next time. Also, the mouth piece of this is very flexible and soft silicone. I didn't get any cuts or canker sores, and my teeth didn't hurt despite biting pretty hard sometimes.I also think it really attractively designed. Not that it matters too much in the water, but I see lots of other snorkels and think this one just looks nicer in comparison. I would recommend 100 percent, so long as this holds up well for at least a few years with good care and normal use, but it seems well made so I have high hopes.

It does what it supposed to for a reasonable price.I also really like the 180 degree view. It was wired at first. But it’s useful when you scuba dive and you have to keep an eye on your buddy next to you while you look ahead of you.

Used it for the first time this weekend and it went great. The snorkel has an ergonomic built that only allows you to wear it on your left side, which is a nice reminder for when you're diving (my case). The purge system works fine, and definitely there were less water coming in in comparison with my other one that was full open. This could also be related to its length, actually, and this was the only thing that bothered me a little. It is somewhat lengthy, and because it has this flexible silicone part, it kinds of move around a lot and sometimes would bother me when prepping for the dive. The thing I liked most is the snorkel keeper, which has a quick release system that you can use to detach the snorkel from the mask without having to remove the clip (which is a real pain). So you can store them separately and still attach them fast and easy for your next dive.

Seems like good quality. It looks exactly like the Cressi brand snorkel I bought. I bought this to see if I liked it better than the Cressie Dry snorkel. I seemed to get out of breath using the Cressie Dry snorkel, so this is an experiment to see if it was the snorkel, or I am just out of shape! LOL! I read that some people felt short of breath using the dry snorkel type. I will be using this in about 8 weeks so if I have any problems I will update this.

These worked perfectly on our trip to the Galapagos. The dry snorkel kept all the water out and if water got in the mask it was easy to blow it out through the built in valve. My only issue was that the mask hurt the center of my forehead, but most likely because I didn't really take the time to adjust the tightness properly. Before use we scrubbed the glass with toothpaste and then used baby shampoo to keep the fog out. Worked like a charm.

I usually rent gear but this will be all I need forever now, just make sure you buy anti-fog liquids and use it liberally these do fog up if you dont...
