Love this oil..for my tattoo!
I ordered this from amazon after reading all the great reviews about the product and the company, the subscribe and save price was good as well. The first thing I would like to note is that my can does not read exactly like the pictures which list the ingredient as 100% pure expeller pressed grapeseed oil. My can just says 100% grapeseed oil. I contacted amazon, and they promptly sent me another one, which still didn't match the picture, but that's fine. The cans came with no dents, but not for effort of packaging, just luck because they were rolling around in there unsecured. The oil itself is refined/processed, because it lacks the flavor and color of unrefined grapeseed oil. If that is what you are looking for, I prefer the Nature Certified organic grapeseed oil also sold here on amazon (I use that one on my hair). This one has a high smoke point, so great for cooking. But, that has not been my main use for it. I usually use organic hemp oil for my body now, in place of lotion because it is much more hydrating and I have very dry skin. When I received this oil, I was out of hemp oil so I tried it in it's place and its great. It doesn't break out my sensitive skin. I got a tattoo and tried this on it afterward-it's much better than anything I have used before! I hate neosporin and a&d, and all that junk they usually recommend (on the natural side, I have tried dr bronners balm, its pretty good on a new tat, but doesn't last as long as the grapeseed oil, and it tends to still itch a little bit, not too bad, its still good stuff). There are many better natural options for healing up cuts and the like! The guy who does my tattoos always wraps the newly inked area up in saran wrap, then I go home and wash the area then and every morning, keep it damp all day with this grapeseed oil, and wrap it up in saran wrap again at night. Instead of it getting dry, cracked and scabby (and risking messing up the ink) my scabs just slide off usually at night in the saran wrap and it looks clean and pretty when I wash it and reapply the oil. I have not had the issue of crazy itching that I had with the others (long ago, when I used neosporin and a&d), just a little here and there. Just so you know, don't scratch that new tattoo! Just slap it. Sounds wierd, yeah, but it works. I kept my tattoo covered with grapeseed oil constantly, wrapped it at night in saran wrap, and it was healed up and good to go in about six days. After that, I quit wrapping it at night because it started to make it itchy. But still, keep it oiled as much as you need to. This can leaks a bit from the top, so you can't take it with you. I just got a travel sized little container from target and filled it up with a little grapeseed oil to get me through the day, for my purse. So, thanks for taking the time to read my review, obviously this oil is great for many different customers! Enjoy!~

GREAT Product ... AMAZON's handling of the product ? - not so much ...
GREAT Product ... AMAZON's handling of the product ? - not so much ...Can arrived looking like it had been used in a warehouse for soccer practice - not a single part of the can WASN't dented - VERY disappointed - however - since none of the dents will cause this can to start to leak prior to having to order another one - I'm keeping it.As to actual oil quality - it's SO much better for using in Challah which I make from time to time. The challah comes out cleaner tasting then using - say - olive oil - which is fine - however - I prefer more of a cleaner - less oily taste to our Challah bread. Also used this for prepping Broccoli & experienced the same taste difference - just lighter & nicer. GREAT Oil ...

Huge bottle! Organic!
I used this to infuse oils with herbs to make a hair mask oil and an anti-aging skin serum oil as Christmas presents. So I never tasted it. It came well packaged and didn't leak at all! The quality is great, great price, silky texture, no strong smell, and can be used in various ways, like DIY! Happy with this order! The lid is perfect for poring and storing. And it's in a tin like container, which is better than plastic cus oils will soak up plastic and become toxic.

Top-notch quality
I've been using La Tourangelle's Sunflower Oil for over 2 years and it's fantastic. As someone who pays close attention to the oils I use in my cooking, I've tried various brands, but La Tourangelle has become my go-to. Their Sunflower Oil is a staple in my kitchen for several reasons.First off, the quality is unmatched. It has a light, neutral flavor that works beautifully in any dish, from sautéing and frying to dressing salads. The high oleic acid content means it's not only healthier but also has a higher smoke point, making it versatile for all my cooking needs. What really sets this oil apart for me is knowing I'm using a product that is organic and sustainably sourced. It's evident that La Tourangelle cares deeply about the quality of their products and the impact they have on the environment. Moreover, the packaging is practical and aesthetically pleasing, making it a joy to use and display in my kitchen.

Great oil, great price, beat up can
I love this sunflower oil. Adds great flavor to potato dishes. Different countries of origin stamped on the bottom. One before last was Austria; last from Ukraine. Only issue is I've ordered a few times already and half the time it comes in a banged up, dented, scratched up can. Useable and no leaks, but I'd prefer that it didn't look like someone kept dropping it over and over.

La Tourangelle, Expeller-Pressed Grapeseed Oil
La Tourangelle, Excellent Supplier of Expeller-Pressed Grapeseed Oil - I tried this because watching a Cowboy Cooking Show the cook recommended using Grapeseed Oil to wipe on your cast iron items, said it wouldn't get sticky like the vegetable oils do once you smear them on the cast iron. So I bought this and tried it on All my Cast Iron - 5 Qt. Dutch Oven / 12" Skillet / 8" Skillet & my 6" Skillet and just as the old cowboy cook said - my cooking ware is not sticky. This is also great for seasoning your cast iron with.
